Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so cancellation happens there: open the Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GoTaller → Cancel subscription. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GoTaller → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Google account (or Apple ID on iPhone) you purchased with, then open GoTaller and tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen. If it doesn't unlock, email us with your order number.

Yes — the yearly plan's 3-day free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancel any time in Google Play subscriptions (see above).

It's a statistical estimate built on established growth models, using your age, sex, current height, and parent heights. It's guidance, not a guarantee — real growth varies from person to person, and it's not a medical diagnosis. For clinical concerns, see a doctor.

Sync follows your account. If you signed in with Google on your old phone, sign in with the same Google account on the new one. If you never signed in, your data was tied to an anonymous account on the old device — sign in with Google on the old device first, then on the new one, and your data will follow.
