Stuck on something? We answer every email.
We typically reply within 2 business days. For billing questions, include your device model and the order number from your purchase receipt (Google Play, App Store, or the Stripe receipt email for web purchases) — it makes things much faster.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
It depends on where you bought it. On Android: open the Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GoTaller → Cancel subscription. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GoTaller → Cancel. If you subscribed on the gotaller.app website (paid by card): use the link in your receipt email, or just email support@gotaller.app and we'll cancel it for you. In every case you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
If you purchased through Google Play or the App Store, refunds are handled by that store — use Google Play's refund process or reportaproblem.apple.com. If you purchased on the gotaller.app website, email support@gotaller.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full; after 14 days we review requests case by case. Details in our Terms.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Make sure you're signed in to the same Google account (or Apple ID on iPhone) you purchased with, then open GoTaller and tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen. If it doesn't unlock, email us with your order number.
When does my subscription renew?
Weekly plans renew every week and yearly plans every year until you cancel — the price shown at purchase is the price that applies. You can cancel anytime (see the first question above).
How accurate is the height prediction?
It's a statistical estimate built on established growth models, using your age, sex, current height, and parent heights. It's guidance, not a guarantee — real growth varies from person to person, and it's not a medical diagnosis. For clinical concerns, see a doctor.
My data didn't sync to my new device
Sync follows your account. If you signed in with Google on your old phone, sign in with the same Google account on the new one. If you never signed in, your data was tied to an anonymous account on the old device — sign in with Google on the old device first, then on the new one, and your data will follow.
How do I delete my account and data?
See the account deletion page — it's a short email, and everything is permanently removed within 30 days.
