Delete your account & data

1. How to request deletion

Email us at support@gotaller.app with the subject "Delete my account".

2. What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and removes all personal data we hold about you:

What we can't delete: purchase and payment records held by Google Play (and mirrored by our subscription processor RevenueCat) are retained by those companies as required for financial and legal compliance — but they are unlinked from your deleted profile. Your Google Play subscription itself must be cancelled by you in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; deleting your GoTaller account does not cancel billing.

4. Want to delete some data, but keep your account?

You can edit or remove individual height-log entries directly in the app (Journey → measurements). For anything else — for example clearing your lifestyle answers while keeping your account — email support@gotaller.app and tell us what to remove.
